New Visible Light Spectrometer Showcased with Advanced Features
A new visible light spectrometer has been unveiled, featuring a robust experimental stand built using the Thorlabs cage system. This setup ensures precise alignment and stability for optical experiments. The spectrometer employs light sources covering a broad spectrum from 305 nm to 700 nm, making it suitable for various scientific and educational applications.
The integrated sensor boasts an impressive detection range from 200 nm to 1100 nm, allowing for comprehensive analysis across ultraviolet, visible, and near-infrared wavelengths. The device interfaces seamlessly with a computer, enabling real-time data acquisition and control.
The accompanying control software, as seen in the second image, provides a user-friendly interface for configuring measurement parameters, visualizing spectral data, and saving results for further analysis—this combination of hardware and software positions the spectrometer as a versatile tool for research and laboratory use.
